Product Returns

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, by letter, fax or email.

The Goods need to be in a perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation in place. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging then your right to a full refund may be affected.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage.
Goods are returned at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you require an exchange we will, unfortunately, charge for delivery on re-send.
Please include your details and the reason for the return and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.

We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are as accurate as possible, however to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the website is accurate, complete and error-free. All sizes and measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to supply products subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. We reserve the right to reject an offer to purchase by you at any time.

When an order is placed we will send an order confirmation email detailing the products ordered, and total cost of the order. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email, which is also your receipt. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Rosalie's will take place on despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it before the order is despatched. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: The product you ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, or the identification of a pricing or description error. If there are any problems with accepting your order we shall contact you.
